Hey, lovely to meet you. I am Yohanna and this is my story of how I went from burnout to bliss.

I was born and raised on the idyllic archipelago of Sweden, surrounded by nature, loving family and supporting friends. My curiosity brought me to London to study fashion and that is where I spent my adult life. I lived life to the fullest - traveling, partying, working and doing sports but I was living life too quickly and chasing perfectionism in every way. I gradually became sleep deprived, overworked, underweight and anxious and ultimately experienced burnout. I had heard about burnout from others but I couldn't believe it had happened to me. I had everything I thought I ever wanted - the job, the boyfriend, the apartment, the friends, the body and the latest handbag. I had checked off every item on my list and I was rich in so many ways but truly poor inside. My soul was slowly dying and my body was screaming for a change.

I finally found the courage, step by step, to leave my corporate job, apartment and relationship in the big city to travel the world and go on an internal search. I read countless of self-help books, listened to podcasts, tried therapy and healing to find back to myself. Yoga, meditation and holistic health practices were the tools that helped me recover and heal, which is why I have dedicated my life and career to wellness.

Today.

I live inbetween Tulum, Sweden & London and now each day of my life feels like a gift. I could never have imagined that I would reach this blissful state of joy and peace, with myself and others, if you had asked me in my darkest hour. There is no such thing as a perfect life and I still face challenges daily but I have developed a more viable way to relate to the world and my emotions. I wish I had found a coach to lead me back on track in life when I was desperately searching for help. My mission is to build a community for ambitious women to explore mindful living.

I am a certified 200H Vinyasa Flow (Island Yoga) and 300H Jivamukti Teacher. I tend to focus on the mind & body connection. My style of teaching is dynamic and powerful, yet grounding and nurturing. I want to encourage deeper understanding of oneself and cultivate personal growth - on and off the mat.

I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach specialised in guiding ambitious women to mindful living. I believe in a holistic approach to a sustainable lifestyle and being healthy goes beyond what you have on your plate.
